Recipe to strengthen nails
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic (optional addition)
- Mix the ingredients in a bowl. Soak your nails in the mixture for about 10 minutes.
- Garlic contains selenium, which promotes the growth and strength of nails, as well as vitamin E.
- Repeat the operation two or three times a week.
