Cruciferous to the rescue Juice to lose belly fat
Ingredients :
- 1 cup pineapple, diced (wash before cutting)
- 6 broccoli florets
- 6 Brussels sprouts
- 4 arugula leaves
- 1/2 medium cucumber
- 1 kiwi
- 1/2 medium beet
- Optional: grated coconut to sweeten
Preparation:
- Wash all the ingredients, except the pineapple cubes and the coconut.
- Section broccoli as needed
- Cut Brussels sprouts in half
- Roll the rocket leaves into tight balls for the juice
- Peel the cucumber only if it is waxed
- Peel the kiwis finely, discarding the skin
- Peel the beet finely, discarding the skin and green leaves
- Make the juice and pour it over crushed ice
- Optional: Add a little grated coconut
And mix all the ingredients in the blender to make a juice
