Apple Cider Vinegar with Berries and Lemon

Ingredients :

  • 2 tablespoons frozen berries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • ice and water
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)

Preparation :

  1. Add the berries to a mug of your choice.
  2. With the help of a spoon, mash the berries. If you want this slimming drink to be sweet, add honey to the mixture.
  3. Pour the lemon juice and apple cider vinegar into the mug. Add the ice, before filling it with water, to the brim.
  4. Mix all the ingredients with a spoon for at least a minute, before consuming it.
