Ingredients :

  • 2 tablespoons of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 cup or 250 ml of warm water

Preparation :

  1. Heat the water and add the cinnamon.
  2. Before adding the honey to the water, make sure to chill it for at least half an hour. The heat deactivates the powerful enzymes present in the honey.
  3. Mix the ingredients and consume this drink.

Tips:  You can also keep it in the fridge and take it the next day, 30 minutes before breakfast.
