raw honey mix with cinnamon
Ingredients :
- 2 tablespoons of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 cup or 250 ml of warm water
Preparation :
- Heat the water and add the cinnamon.
- Before adding the honey to the water, make sure to chill it for at least half an hour. The heat deactivates the powerful enzymes present in the honey.
- Mix the ingredients and consume this drink.
Tips: You can also keep it in the fridge and take it the next day, 30 minutes before breakfast.
